When every second counts, depend on maternal transport that’s second to none. Sometimes, pregnancies develop high-risk complications later in the term. If you experience a complication unexpectedly and need to get to St. Mary’s fast, our specially trained obstetrical nurses can assist ground and air ambulance personnel through our maternal transport service. Our experienced nurses are available to ride with you to the hospital to provide expert obstetrical care for expectant mothers in distress. Our maternal transfer service is operated by SSM St. Mary’s Health Center and the physicians of the Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
