Managing Chronic Pain Seminar 

LAKE SAINT LOUIS – February 12, 2010 – Chronic pain can debilitate and demoralize its victims, making life miserable. But there are new and innovative medical treatments that can help manage pain levels effectively, and help pain sufferers to get back to living life the way it was meant to be.  

On Monday, March 1, there will be a FREE seminar on “How to Manage Chronic Pain” at SSM St. Joseph Hospital West in Lake Saint Louis. Fellowship-trained, board-certified pain management specialist, Dr. Ramis Gheith, will talk about different pain management options, including spinal cord stimulators, medication management, and surgical procedures. Gheith practices at the Center for Interventional Pain Management at St. Joseph Hospital West, In 2009, patients who had outpatient pain management surgery at St. Joseph Hospital West were in the top 1% for satisfaction nationwide.

The seminar will run from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Community Education Center, inside the hospital’s H.W. Koenig Medical Building. 400 Medical Plaza, Lake Saint Louis, 63367.
