Board certified in general surgery, Dr. Maxfield takes special interest in laparoscopic and laparoscopic single site surgery, specifically cholesystectomy and colectomy as well as laparoscopic incisional hernia repair.
"As a surgeon, my goal is to help my patients understand their disease and their surgical options; answering any and all questions they may have,” said Dr. Maxfield. “I strive to deliver advanced care and provide the compassion that is needed during this stressful time."
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, and completed his general surgery residency at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
