 Missouri Athletic Club honors SSM Health Care - St. Louis Chief Financial Officer

ST. LOUIS - The Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) honored Karen Rewerts, Regional Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer for SSM Health Care - St. Louis at their 1st annual Women of Distinction Award Luncheon on Friday, Oct. 7. The MAC recognized six women, including Rewerts, who have made a positive impact in the St. Louis region. The other honorees included Maxine Clark, Eileen S. Hacker, Rhonda K. Hamm-Niebruegge, Gail M. Jorgenson and Deborah S. Wilson.

Clark is the Founder and Chief Executive at Build-A-Bear Workshop. Hacker is a retired educator and nurse whose career and impact on the community spans decades. Hamm-Niebruegge is Director of Lambert International Airport. Jorgenson is a member of the Senior Executive Service, the civilian equivalent of a 2-star general. Wilson serves as president of the St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf.

The lunch event was held at the Missouri Athletic Club in Downtown St. Louis.
