ST. LOUIS – Quit smoking! Lose weight! Get out of debt! SSM Health Care ― St. Louis can help with all three! Start in January by joining a FREE, eight-week smoking cessation program at SSM DePaul or SSM St. Mary’s Health Centers.

Funded by a grant and in partnership with St. Louis County’s tobacco-free initiative called “Let’s Face It,” both hospitals are offering Smoking Cessation classes. New sessions start Jan. 3 at SSM DePaul Health Center in Bridgeton, Mo., and on Jan. 9 at SSM St. Mary’s Health Center. Register for the program by calling 1-866-SSM-DOCS (776-3627).

The course will assist participants in determining their readiness to quit smoking and provide the tools necessary to increase their success rate in becoming smoke free. You can also learn more at www.ssmhealth.com/stmarys.
