Outpatient Programs

Life presents all of us with challenges, and everyone copes differently. SSM Health can help you get your life back with services tailored to your unique needs.

Adult & Senior Outpatient Programs

These day treatment programs, which include intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for adults and seniors at our Edmond location, are an alternative to - or a step down from - inpatient care. These programs are designed to help those experiencing grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger control challenges, panic attacks, poor overall function and other mental health concerns. Our programs offer support and treatment to empower patients to continue to function at home and within their community. This treatment setting is a highly structured environment that includes individualized treatment planning, individual and group therapy, enrichment activities, medical management, patient-specific consults and comprehensive discharge planning. For more information, call 405-772-4690.

We offer patients medication evaluations and follow-up visits conducted by a psychiatrist. Evaluations are provided for all adults age 18 and older. Our Midtown clinic also provides transcranial magnetic stimulation, Spravato and long-acting injections as additional leading-edge treatments for mental health issues. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 405-713-5790 for South Oklahoma City or 405-272-7225 for Midtown.

Children & Teen Outpatient Programs

Even children and teenagers experience phases of life where they could use professional care and support. We’ve designed several programs specifically to meet your kids’ unique needs.

The partial hospitalization program is designed for youth ages 12-17 who have a mental health diagnosis and behavioral difficulties. This program may be utilized as a step down in level of care after an inpatient stay, or when weekly therapy sessions are not enough to deal with current mental health issues. It is open Monday through Friday, and both breakfast and lunch are served at the facility. Students attend class on-site, and the Oklahoma City Public School system provides teachers. Individualized treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy are offered, as well as medication management and rehabilitative groups. For more information or referral call 405-272-7272.

We offer patients medication evaluations and follow-up visits conducted by a child psychiatrist. Evaluations are provided for all children and adolescents age 4 and older. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call 405-272-7225.
