How can I make a payment?

SSM Health offers three options for paying your bill.

  • You can pay your bill online.
    • Patients using MyChart can securely pay medical group bills online. This service is free and payments will post immediately.
  • Pay by phone by calling customer service Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • You can also mail your payment.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

We accept cash, check / e-check, and major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.

Can I pay my bill over the telephone?

Yes. We accept major credit card payments and checks over the phone. To pay over the phone, call customer service Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Can I make payment arrangements?

Yes. Contact our customer service department to learn more about payments arrangements and our zero interest financing option.

Will SSM Health file my hospital claim?

Yes. As a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance company. It is important you provide accurate and complete insurance information at registration to ensure the claim process goes smoothly.

Will SSM Health submit secondary insurance claims?

Yes. We submit secondary insurance claims after your primary claim has completed processing.

I believe that I overpaid my account. How do I get a refund?

Contact our customer service department. We will review your account(s). If you are due a refund, we will process it promptly.

Who do I contact for financial assistance if I cannot pay my bill?

Please call our customer service department Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Coordination of benefits is the process insurance companies use to decide who is responsible for covering the cost of your care.
