SSM Health Care make every effort to notify every patient of their “out-of-pocket” expenses early in their treatment process for several reasons:

  1. You have a right to know your financial obligation before you receive treatment.
  2. Our early notification policy provides our patients who have little or no income the opportunity to jump-start the application process for federal, state and local financial assistance.
  3. We hope it provides some peace-of-mind in knowing your financial responsibilities have been met.

How can I pay my bill?

Online:
For your convenience, you can now pay your DePaul Health Center bill online. This service allows you to pay your bills quickly and securely. Click here to pay ONLY your DePaul Health Center medical bill. (Bills from other SSM facilities can not be paid online at this time).

By mail:
Payments made by mail will be posted 7-10 business days after they are mailed.

To pay by telelphone, please call 314-951-5571 or toll-free 1-866-470-5576.  We have an automated bill pay system for afterhours callers. Payments made over the phone using our automated bill pay system will be posted within 48 hours. Payments made over the phone during business hours will be posted the next day.
