What is SSM Rx Express?
Formerly called DePaul Pharmacy, SSM Rx Express is the convenient in-house pharmacy that fulfills all the prescription needs of SSM DePaul Health Center employees, physicians, patients and their families, while also saving them time and money.
Where is your location?
We are located in the first floor lobby of the East Medical Building in Suite 105. Our location gives us opportunities to service our patients seeing a physician in the medical office building, discharged patients, and SSM DePaul Medical Center employees.
What are your hours?
Our pharmacy hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday.
Are you open on the weekends?
No, but medications can be picked up with same-day service the following Monday or can be arranged to be mailed home before the weekend.

What are the payment options?
Payment/Co-pays can be handled by cash, check, or debit or credit cards, and will be collected during the delivery process.
If I need refills, how do I get them?
SSM Rx Express makes getting refills simple and convenient. For patients, medications can be picked up or can be mailed home.

Call us at (314) 344-7300. You can use our automated refill line by following the prompt. If you need to speak to a team member, dial “0”. Please call by noon and your prescription will be ready by 4:00pm for pick up.
- Most medications Can Be Mailed Home
Call us at (314) 344-7300, hit option “0” to speak to a pharmacy staff member. Notify a pharmacy staff member that you would like to have your refill(s) mailed to your home address.
SSM Rx Express will require a credit card/debit card number in order to process the remaining refill(s), but there is NO charge for mailing the refills(s).
What do I do when I run out of refills?
If there are no refills left on your prescription, upon your request, we will contact your physician to request additional refills on your behalf. Once your physician responds to our request, your prescription will be refilled.
Can customers prepay refills?
Yes.
How do I get set up to get prescriptions delivered at Discharge?
The company provides delivery of discharge medications to patients at SSM DePaul Health Center and some affiliated ambulatory surgical centers. Prescriptions are personally delivered by the pharmacy’s licensed staff to the patient or family member prior to their discharge from the facility. There is no additional charge to the patient, facility or physician, and most major insurances are accepted.
