Make your voice heard: Employee Pulse Survey April 24 - May 17
May 02, 2024 10:43 AM - With the arrival of spring comes the perfect opportunity for us to embrace fresh perspectives and ideas from our most important and innovative resource – YOU! We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Voice Pulse Survey, and we couldn't be more excited to gather your valuable feedback once again! Please take a few moments to complete the anonymous survey between April 24-May 17, 2024.
Look to your SSM Health email for an Employee Pulse Survey invitation from our independent third-party research partner, Willis Towers Watson. Each mobile-friendly survey will take fewer than 5 minutes – there are just 9 quick questions plus an option for you to share open-ended feedback directly to your leader. If you wish to remain anonymous, take care not to include information that would identify you on open comments. Names of survey participants are never shared with SSM by our third party surveyor and to ensure anonymity, survey results are only shared with leaders when there are 5 or more responses in the department.

- Hurts Donuts - May 2, 7am-9am Hurts Donut truck will be parked in front of the hospital.
- Department rounding! We will be rounding with treats to help spread the word about our survey.
- Prize Drawings!! Take a screenshot or picture of your survey completion, present your screenshot/picture to Human Resources to be entered for a chance to win great prizes.
