Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Results

It’s important that we can articulate what it means to be part of the SSM Health team to retain great talent and continue attracting new team members. As such, we have developed an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) statement, a clear and consistent message that highlights the unique work environment at SSM Health, using the voice of our team members. The EVP will be used as a guide to help us reinforce our commitment to reach each other to be a place of growth, engagement, and teamwork.

Being here means finding your purpose and a sense of belonging. We inspire, support, and grow each other to advance all aspects of the care we give.
In April, we invited all team members to participate in a brief survey to share thoughts on three potential external messages – thank you for your participation. Out of those three concepts, Connect. Inspire. Belong. was ranked the highest. You will begin seeing this type of messaging across our recruitment and retention efforts including social media, our career site, and more.
