Medical Nutrition Therapy for Diabetes  SSM St. Joseph Hospital West provides one-on-one intensive nutrition therapy with a Registered Dietitian.  We also offer Diabetes Self-Management Training by helping the patient set up individual dietary goals and focus on implementing specific individual behavior changes.  A signed doctor's order is required.
