Whether you are a patient, family member or visitor, we want to make your time here as comfortable as possible. That’s why we offer amenities like private rooms, waiting rooms on each floor and convenient covered parking.
In respect for our patient’s healing process, we do have a few guidelines:
- Only two visitors at a time are allowed at a patient’s bedside in acute care nursing units.
- Children under 12 must be with an adult at all times.
- In intensive care units (ICU), only two visitors are allowed and they must be immediate family members, significant others and clergy.
- Children under 13 are not allowed in the ICU, ICU waiting room or bone marrow transplant unit without prior approval from the unit nurse manager.
When arriving to the hospital, please proceed to the first floor lobby to get information about a patient’s room. If the patient information desk is closed, you can receive information in the emergency department located on the second floor of the hospital.
If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions about the care or stay of you or your loved one, please contact the patient and visitor relations department at 314-577-8500. For questions regarding patient information, please contact 314-577-8010.
