At SSM DePaul, we believe in treating the whole person, embracing your spiritual, physical, and social needs. Sacraments
For Roman Catholics, Holy Communion is available every day. Anointing of the Sick— for the restoration of health to the body,mind, and spirit — and reconciliation (confession) are also available upon request. For people of other faiths, sacraments are available upon request.

All services in the St. Anne Chapel are broadcast in patient rooms on Channel 13. Quiet and relaxing music is available on Channel 13 between Mass times.
Chapels
The DePaul Chapel is located off of the main lobby across from the patient
elevators. It is open 24 hours daily. The St. Anne Chapel is located near the cardiac rehab gym (Wellness Center). It is open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
Prayer support request
Many people feel better following personal prayer and after being prayed for by others. SSM DePaul Health Center, through its Volunteer Prayer Ministry, believes that God’s grace provides physical, emotional, and spiritual healing for those in need. You may leave a prayer request by dialing “PRAY” from any hospital in-house phone or 314-344-PRAY from outside SSM DePaul Health Center. Requests will be sent to volunteers who will pray for these special intentions.
