- Please have your billing statement in front of you as it contains necessary information to complete the transaction
- Payments will be processed within three business days of receipt

SSM St. Louis Online Bill Payment Refund Policy:
All transactions processed on the SSM online bill payment system are eligible for a refund at the patient's request within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction. To request a refund, please contact the business office at 314-989-3000 or toll-free at 1-877-989-3100. Please allow 21 business days for a refund of a check processed through the SSM online bill payment system.
