The SSM Health St. Clare Hospital Auxiliary is comprised of men and women who work together to support the efforts of the hospital through the donation of their time and talent for hospital events and fundraising efforts. Members come from a variety of backgrounds and each has a unique set of skills and experiences that help to make the Auxiliary successful.
Auxiliary events provide funding for special hospital services, equipment, projects and programs. These contributions assist SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in meeting the needs of the community it serves. Some events Auxiliary members plan and can participate in include:
- Holiday events: Easter Extravaganza, Cardinal Opening Day-Turn St. Clare RED, Festival of Wreaths and Lights of Love
- Special sales: Shoe Sales, Jewelry Sales, Old Bag Sales, Chocolate Sales, Craft Fair, Book Sales and Bakery Sales
- Fund Raising Events: Trivia Night, Mouse Races and Culvers Fund Raiser
The cost to join the Auxiliary is $20.00 per year, or become a lifetime member for a one-time fee of $150.00. Members have the opportunity to have a great impact on the hospital and its ability to serve the community through the efforts of the Auxiliary. In addition, members receive monthly newsletters, have numerous social activities throughout the year and attend an annual appreciation luncheon at the hospital.
