Concierge 

Members of our Concierge team are stationed at several of our entrances and on every patient floor. Look for the smiling people wearing navy blue blazers and sitting behind welcome desks.

Their role is to help you. We recognize that family members may be under considerable stress. Let us support you and help manage some daily tasks so that you have more time at the bedside with your loved ones.

The Concierge provide the following services:

• General information about the hospital, its services and amenities
• Business support, including photocopying and faxing
• Laptop check-out with valid driver’s license
• Free check-out of books and DVDs for your entertainment
• Assistance with mailing letters and small packages
• Restaurant listings for the Fenton area
• Transportation information and assistance for cabs, airlines and bus lines
• Listing of hotels that offer discounted rates for family members and friends of patients
• Facilitate dry-cleaning at a local establishment for patients & family members
• Perform small shopping errands
