Surgical Treatment Options – Free Seminars
The SSM Weight-Loss Institute offers regular informational seminars for those interested in surgical options for weight-loss. The seminars are free, but reservations are required. Please call 1-877-4SSMWLI (477-6954) to register for the next seminar or for information on how to get started. In addition, support groups for weight-loss surgery patients and candidates are held every month. No reservations are required.

Information seminars about the HMR® weight-loss program are held on Mondays from 6:00 – 7:00 pm and Tuesdays, noon – 1 pm in the Wellness Center on the campus of DePaul Health Center and on Mondays. Please call 1-877-4SSMWLI (477-6954) for a reservation.
