Marya Strand, MD, is a board-certified neonatologist and chief medical officer at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. She also serves as an associate professor of pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Dr. Strand treats premature and extremely premature infants as well as newborns. She does outpatient care in the high-risk nursery clinic and also offers antenatal consultations for expectant mothers. She also has an interest in neonatal resuscitation and medical education. She is a member of the Neonatal taskforce for the International Liaison Committee of Resuscitation and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
