    Dr. Kimberly Spence is a Neonatologist at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital. She is a member of the SLUCare Physician Group. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She is also an assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Saint Louis University School of Medicine.

    Dr. Spence treats premature and extremely premature infants as well as newborns. She does outpatient care in the high-risk nursery clinic and also offers consultations for expectant mothers.

    She has special interests in the improvement of care to the families of infants with neonatal abstinence syndrome and improving the quality of initiatives.
