At SSM Health, your voice counts. Join us as a patient and family advisor, and share your perspective of how we can improve health care for you, your family and the community.

Being a patient and family advisor means:

• Sharing your knowledge and experiences
• Partnering with us to improve patient experience
• Attending meetings with other patient and family advisors, and SSM Health associates

Who are we looking for?

• An individual or family member who receives/ received care at SSM Health
• Someone with interest sharing their care experiences
• Respect of different opinions and an ability to work well with others

Since SSM Health associates provide input on patient excellence during the course of their work, the PFAC will comprise of individuals other than associates.

Your time commitment

This is a volunteer opportunity. Meetings are held monthly and will last one hour.
