The Sarah Community, a member of SSM Health, is a not-for-profit, faith-based life plan retirement community for active seniors located in Bridgeton, Missouri. We offer retirement living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, each with a focus on wellness of body, mind, and spirit. Individual services will vary depending on which specific house a resident lives in. That said, many of our top-notch services include the following:
