Club Scrub Agreement

As the participating student, I am committing to participate in the full 10-week Club Scrub Program.

As the student's parent/guardian, I am committing to support my student in the full 10-week Club Scrub Program.

Fall session details:

The 2026 Fall Club Scrub session will start November 4 and end January 20 with a graduation ceremony. Each session will be held on Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 6 pm at:
