Verona Area School District Employee Health Clinic

The Verona Area School District Employee Onsite Health Clinic offers convenient, no-cost or low-cost health care for employees and their spouses, domestic partners and dependents (age 2+ for acute care and 5+ for preventive).

Our services include:

• Verona Area School District employees and their dependents who are enrolled in the district’s Dean Health Plan — at no cost.
• Employees and dependents who are regular/permanent staff, not enrolled in the Dean Health Plan — for a $20 fee per acute care visit.
• Part-time seasonal staff, temporary staff, and substitutes are not eligible at this time. The District will monitor clinic utilization and may change eligibility in the future.

Our clinic partners with your primary care provider, and can be considered a part of a primary care provider team, to deliver personalized care. During your visit, you’ll meet with a dedicated SSM Health professional who has access to your existing medical records. We also help coordinate additional care and share important updates with a primary provider. All medical-related HIPAA-protected information remains within SSM Health's system and will not be shared with the District.
