Official Rules – October 2025

SPONSOR: The SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital Boo at the Zoo Enter to Win Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SSM Health Care Corporation with an address at 12800 Corporate Hill, St. Louis, Missouri 63131 (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes entry period starts on Sept. 1, 2025, at 12:00 am Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Oct. 10, 2025, at 11:59 pm (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Eligibility for entry into the Sweepstakes will cease at the applicable time and date, and all entries received thereafter will be considered disqualified and will be ineligible for participation. If Sponsor does not receive your entry for any reason, or if your entry is not entered correctly, the entry will be invalid and you will be ineligible to participate or win. Sponsor’s clock will be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting cardinalglennon.com/boo and submitting the entry form providing their name, address, telephone, and email address. All entries received prior to Sept. 1, 2025 at 12:00 am Central Time (“CT”), or after Oct. 10, 2025, at 11:59 pm shall be ineligible and shall not be accepted. One (1) submission of the entry form will count as one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per household. If multiple entries are submitted by any single participant and/or household, only the first entry received by Sponsor (as determined by Sponsor) will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Any participant who uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All entries that Sponsor deems in its sole discretion to have been mass produced or reproduced shall be ineligible and shall not be accepted. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Receipt of entries may not be acknowledged, and proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, unsuccessful, damaged, postage-due, stolen, or illegible entries for any reason. Entries that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, invalid, or incomplete are not eligible and will not be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any entry for failure to fully comply with these Official Rules.

DRAWING: Two winners will be announced before the end of the week on Oct. 17, 2025 by Sponsor in a random drawing among all eligible entries submitted properly prior to the expiration of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified no later than Oct. 17, 2025 by email or telephone via the participant’s telephone number or email address provided in the entry.
