Bringing your baby home is exciting - and it's completely normal to have questions! Our Newborn Care class is designed to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and prepared for caring for your baby during precious days and weeks at home. You'll learn practical tips for bathing, cord care, diapering, nail care, safe sleep, car seat safety, newborn feeding, and recognizing signs of illness.

Whether you're becoming a parent for the first time or welcoming another little one, this class offers helpful information, guidance, and a chance to ask questions.

  • If delivering at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital., enter "MidMo Free" in the discount field. It must be typed exactly as we have listed.
• If you are not delivering at St. Mary's, the fee is full price.
• Put registration in the mother's name (support person is automatically registered with the mother's registration).
• The fee is for a couple or individual registrant.
• If there are not enough registrants for a class, it is subject to cancellation. Should this occur, an instructor will be in contact with you to discuss options for rescheduling.
