Breastfeeding Class

Feeding your baby is one of the most important decisions you will make for your baby. Learn the basics of breastfeeding, including common techniques and health benefits for you and your baby. Instructors will answer any questions you may have about breastfeeding. Support persons are encouraged to attend class as well.

We offer either 1-Saturday or 2-weekday classes. Please note the dates and times listed:

• 1-Saturday Classes: Held from 9:00 AM- 1:30 PM. Lunch will be provided.
• 2-Weekday Classes: Held from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.

Important Registration Notes:

Free for those delivering at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital. If you are not delivering at St. Mary's Hospital, the fee is $15. Put the registration in the mother's name. The fee is for a couple or individual registrant.

• If delivering at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, enter "MidMo Free" in the discount field. It must be typed exactly as we have listed.
