Breastfeeding Class

Feeding your baby is one of the most important decisions you will make for your baby. Learn the basics of breastfeeding, including common techniques, health benefits for you and your baby, and instructors will answer any questions you may have about breastfeeding. Support persons are encouraged to attend class as well.

WE OFFER A 1-SATURDAY OR A 2-WEEK DAY CLASSES. PLEASE NOTE THE DATES AND TIMES LISTED:
1-Saturday Classes - Held 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
2-Week Day Classes - Held 6 - 8 p.m.

Free for those delivering at SSM Health St. Mary's, so enter MidMo Free in the discount field. It must be typed exactly as we have listed. If you are not delivering at St. Mary's, the fee is $15. Put the registration in the mother's name. The fee is for a couple or individual registrant.
