Weight Loss Support Group

Join the SSM Health Weight Management Monthly Support Group, designed for individuals exploring or currently undergoing bariatric surgery. This open forum event is led by an experienced SSM Health bariatric surgeon who facilitates candid discussions, answers questions, and offers expert guidance. Whether you're just beginning to consider bariatric options or are already part of the program, this supportive space welcomes you. Most attendees are actively engaged in the program, making it a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and share experiences.
