Childbirth Class - Baraboo

Join us for a four-week Tuesday evening course designed to guide expectant parents through the incredible experience of childbirth. Classes start at 6:30 pm and end at 8:30 pm. This class offers up-to-date insights into labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.

• Weeks 1-2: Dive into the stages of labor and birth, including how labor progresses and what to expect during delivery. Support persons will learn practical, hands-on techniques to provide comfort and encouragement throughout the process. 
• Week 3: Newborn care education.
• Week 4: Dedicated entirely to breastfeeding, this session covers foundational knowledge and helpful tips to support a successful start.

• Register online for this free, instructor-led class series.
• Classes will be held in the Ringling Room at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Baraboo. You will receive a text message with instructions on how to navigate to the room a few days before the class begins.
