Billing Support Sessions

Do you have questions about your SSM Health statements? Do you wish you could talk with someone face-to-face to resolve an issue? We heard you, and we're here to help.

Meet in-person with an SSM Health customer service agent to get help understanding your billing statements. Our agents will be on location at SSM Health's Monroe Hospital and St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac on Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22 to provide support.

Attendees will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring copies of your statements, explanation of benefits, insurance information, and any other supporting documents. We appreciate everyone's patience if wait times are experienced.

Where to Find Us

SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital

• Health Resource Center - Enter through the main hospital entrance. The Health Resource Center is located behind the coffee shop, near Registration.

SSM Health Monroe Hospital

• Conference Rooms B and C - Enter through the main clinic entrance. The conference rooms are located near Central Registration.
