Third Party Security Incident – Doctor Alliance

SSM Health received notice of a data security incident from Doctor Alliance, a third-party vendor that provides a home healthcare web-based physician portal, and other software products servicing the home healthcare industry. SSM Health utilized Doctor Alliance for access to a web-based data transmission and storage system to facilitate the exchange of electronic documentation between SSM Health and external physicians. This incident affected more than 500 patients at SSM Health at Home - Oklahoma. This incident did not involve SSM Health systems or network. Additional information is available at doctoralliance.com.
