When you give a planned gift for the future, you are leaving a legacy – a reflection of your values, priorities and commitment to support exceptional health care in your community. Please contact your foundation office if you are interested in implementing one of the following charitable giving methods:

A bequest to an SSM Health foundation is a meaningful way to express what is important to you when your estate is distributed. You have the opportunity to provide to undesignated funds used to improve the overall level of care at the hospitals or to designated funds. Call your hospital Foundation for more information about your options.

Life Insurance & Other Beneficiary Designations

You can name your SSM Health foundation as a beneficiary on your existing life insurance policy, financial accounts or retirement accounts. You may also wish to establish or purchase one for gifting to the hospital. Additional tax benefits may be available for this giving option. Please contact your local foundation for the appropriate language and information needed to complete your beneficiary designations.

A trust can be created to benefit yourself, your family and St. Mary’s or Good Samaritan. A living trust offers revocability, thus allowing you to retain control.
