In addition to our outpatient behavioral health services, SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Centralia offers two separate inpatient units for the adult and geriatric populations, serving patients 18 years of age and older. Our inpatient units are designed to serve individuals meeting specific criteria who require a safe and highly structured environment with 24/7 observation. For a referral to one of our inpatient behavioral health units, please go to your nearest emergency room and request a behavioral health screening to determine if inpatient services are right for you.
*Patients 18 years of age who have graduated from high school are considered adults and will be eligible for adult behavioral health services.
