Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, located on the lower level at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital, provides comprehensive care to individuals with heart and lung conditions. The program supports and monitors your path to wellness through a safe and personalized fitness program.

Patients are encouraged to park in the west parking garage off Bellevue Avenue, come in the west entrance and visit the outpatient registration office before taking the elevator labeled Cardiac Rehab to the lower level.
