SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital's Day Institute Program, located in the Sugar Pines plaza, on Dunn Road in Florissant, Missouri, offers a specialized, outpatient rehabilitation program in a flexible full-day format for individuals who can benefit from a comprehensive approach to recovery, but don't necessarily need rehabilitation in the acute hospital setting.

The Day Institute has three specialty tracks for patients:

• Neurological Rehabilitation Program for those who have suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury or stroke
• Amputee Rehab Program for lower extremity amputees
• Medically Complex Rehabilitation Program for those with diagnoses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain-Barre and Parkinson's
