Our integrative health providers use a multi-dimensional approach to help patients improve their lives. Some conditions treated include: acute and chronic pain, addiction control, menstrual irregularities, anxiety and depression, migraine headaches, digestive disorders, insomnia, Bell's Palsy, neuropathy, PTSD, fibromyalgia and sinusitis.

  • Acupunture - The insertion of fine, sterile needles into the skin to improve the body's functions and promote the natural self-healing process. We offer both self-pay/private sessions and community sessions, where individuals are treated in a room with others for a reduced rate.
  • Massage
    • Chair massage - Using a special massage chair, an individual leans forward with his/her head resting in a face cradle. The massage therapist has access to the neck, shoulders, arms and back.
    • Swedish massage - Includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping and skaking motions effective for most ailments and affects the nerves, muscles, glands and circulation.
    • Sport massage - Used before, during and after athletic events, this massage prepares the athlete for peak performance by promoting flexibility and preventing injuries.
    • Deep tissue massage - Designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and connective tissue or fascia.
    • Prenatal massage - Using an adaptive prenatal pillow, prenatal massage relieves many discomforts experienced during pregnancy, including backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swelling.
    • Hot stone massage - The localized heat and weight of smooth, heated stones helps warm and relax the muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.
    • Trigger point therapy - Finger pressure is applied to "trigger points" (painful irritated areas in muscles) to break cycles of spasm and pain.
  • Cupping - Special round cups are placed on the skin over targeted muscle groups to help relieve pain.
