SSM Health Medical Group, attached to SSM Health DePaul Hospital in the South Building, and located in Suite 403 at 12277 DePaul Drive in Bridgeton, Missouri, offers diagnosis and treatment for conditions related to the endocrine system, which includes your glands and hormones. Your endocrine system influences nearly every system in your body by controlling metabolism, growth and development, and reproductive health. Our board-certified endocrinologists work collaboratively with our patients to understand their specific health concerns, so we can effectively diagnosis and treat them.

For easiest convenience, park in Lot 1 or 2 (valet parking is available in Lot 1). Once you enter the building, take the south elevators to the fourth floor.

The diabetes management program at SSM Health DePaul Hospital is designed to provide the support you need to manage your health effectively. The program includes:

  • A multidisciplinary team of experts who will help you design a care plan to meet your unique needs.
  • Individual counseling with a diabetes nurse educator, as well as group educational classes with a registered dietitian.
  • A pharmacy concierge to help you manage your medications, answer your questions, and help you identify resources to reduce the cost of your medications.
  • Regular follow-ups to help review your overall progress and create a plan for ongoing management of your condition.
