SSM Health Neurosciences, located on the South Madison Campus within the SSM Health Outpatient Center at 703 Brooks Street, Third Floor, in Madison, specializes in the diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of diseases and conditions related to the nervous system, including the spinal cord, brain, nerves and muscles.

The SSM Health Dean Medical Group Electroneurodiagnostics Lab, a state-of-the-art diagnostic testing facility where we perform electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS) is located on Level A of SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital across the street from the SSM Health Outpatient Center.
