SSM Health Physical Therapy is located on the second floor in the Woodlake Medical Building on Woodlake Drive in Chesterfield, Missouri, near the intersection of Highways 40/64 and 141. The main entrance is located on the south side of the building. This location offers a full-spectrum of physical and occupational therapy services.
