SSM Health Therapy Services is located in north Oklahoma City at the SSM Health Outpatient Center at Broadway Extension and 63rd Street. We offer sports medicine, physical therapy and rehabilitation services for adults and children.
Entry to our campus is from Santa Fe Avenue. Take the second right as you proceed to the south on Santa Fe. Once in the parking area, travel west past the urgent care entrance for the most convenient parking and entrance to physical therapy services.
