SSM Health Physical Therapy, located one mile north of Interstate 70 and on the corner of First Capitol Drive and Fifth Street in St. Charles, Missouri, offers a full-spectrum of physical and occupational therapy services. The practice is located in Medical Building 2, and the suite is located on the main level, first door on the left just past the elevators.
