SSM Health Physical Therapy, located on Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Charles, Missouri, offers a full-spectrum of physical and occupational therapy services. SSM Health partners with Select Medical to offer leading rehabilitative care in the St. Louis metro region. Our highly-trained therapists will design a specialized plan of care that is just right for you.

As the building is located on a one-way street, the most convenient way to arrive is by taking the Convention Center exit on Interstate 70 (east or west) and head south at the light. Take the roundabout, following signs for Veterans Memorial Parkway/Interstate 70 East. Stay in the lane for Veterans Memorial Parkway and turn right on Time Center Drive. The Outpatient Center will be on your left. In addition to a parking garage located at the east side of the property, we also offer surface-level parking.

To enter, go through the main entrance, located on the south side of the building, turn left to get to the elevators and push “2” for the second floor. After exiting the elevators, SSM Health Physical Therapy is located to the right, past the Specialty Services desk.
