SSM Health Monroe Urgent Care is open for walk-in care! No appointments needed. Located in the same building as SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group at 1301 S. Kiwanis Drive in Freeport, the entrance to Urgent Care is at the far east end of the parking lot. Patients must be at least three months of age.
Please note: Urgent care services furnished at this location may be identified on claims sent to your health insurance company as an office place of service and may impact insurance coverage. Please contact your insurance company if you have any questions.
