Preparing for your appointment

There are two convenient options to check in for your appointment. Learn about both of them by watching this brief video.

Online registration through MyChart

You may complete your pre-visit tasks in MyChart up to 7 days before your appointment from a computer or mobile device using eCheck-in. When you arrive, you may bypass the registration kiosk and head directly to the Room Assignment station located in the lobby, and then on to your exam room.

Not using MyChart yet? Visit ssmhealth.com/MyChart to enroll today.

In-person registration

When you arrive, visit the registration kiosk in the lobby to complete your pre-visit tasks. Please note the kiosk will not allow you to check in more than 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

Room assignment

Whether you use eCheck-in or used the kiosks to complete your check-in, step up to the Room Assignment station, located to the left of the kiosks. A team member will assign you a room and provide instructions to locate your designated floor, hallway and room.
