Nephrology
The kidneys are the body’s multi-tasker. From eliminating waste and toxins to balancing fluids, we depend on our kidneys to keep our bodies healthy. SSM Health nephrologists have the knowledge and tools to diagnose, monitor and manage kidney problems, including acute renal failure and chronic kidney disease. Our providers also treat acute and chronic urinary tract disorders, as well as high blood pressure (hypertension) and disorders having to do with the body's fluids, electrolytes and acid-base balance.
