SSM Health Medical Group opens new location in Harrah & welcomes additional providers

The doors are officially open at the new SSM Health Medical Group office building, located just west of the newly built Kickapoo Turnpike and NE 23rd Street. After seven months of construction, the state-of-the-art 13,000 square-foot facility will house family care providers and new urgent care services.

“We are pleased to open this new and innovative facility on the Kickapoo Turnpike,” said Dr. Kevin L. Lewis, Regional President of SSM Health Medical Group Oklahoma and President of SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Midwest. “We will serve not only Choctaw and Harrah, but all of the Eastern Oklahoma County communities and beyond. The addition of urgent care services will allow patients to heal locally for non-emergency, non-life-threatening common ailments, and minor medical conditions. To be able to offer urgent care services for the first time is a benefit for our patients who want exceptional care that is convenient and accessible seven days a week on a walk-in basis.”

Joining the new location is an exceptional team of family care providers from the current Choctaw clinic, as well as new providers who will offer same-day urgent care services. Will Heise, MD, family medicine, Tiffany Lowell, APRN-CNP, Brooke Smith, APRN-CNP, family medicine, and Aubrey Williamson, APRN-CNP, family medicine will move from their current practice location to the new location and continue their long-standing dedication to eastern Oklahoma County residents. Kayla Birchfield, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC, and Lavetrice Steele, PA-C, will join the staff in Harrah to provide the new same-day urgent care services.
