Grigoli attended the University of Delaware where she received her BA in Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned her medical degree at Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Later, Dr. Grigoli completed her general surgery residency at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in Johnson City, TN. While at ETSU, Grigoli received a medical student nomination for outstanding teaching.
