Vernon is transitioning to deliver care within the nephrology department located at SSM Health Medical Plaza, 2 Good Samaritan Way, Suite 420 in Mt. Vernon and will remain with SSM Health Medical Group. Jennifer’s transition to deliver high-quality nephrology care, which includes renal and kidney care, takes effect on January 1, 2024. To ensure the continuation of medical care, all current patients of Jennifer Starr, FNP-C have been notified.
