MIDWEST CITY, Okla. – Selecting a primary care provider is one of the best things you can do for your health. Primary care providers can be your first stop for non-emergency medical care and information. Navigating those decisions for your health journey can be difficult. With those challenges in mind, the Mid-Del Public Schools Foundation, in partnership with SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Midwest and SSM Health Medical Group, is pleased to announce a special event for community members to meet primary care and specialty providers who care for the Mid-Del community every day.

In addition to primary care providers, specialty providers and outpatient hospital departments from SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Midwest will also be exhibiting at this special event. Specialty providers include mental health professionals, surgical care, cardiac services and more.

The open-to-the-public event will provide an opportunity for residents to connect, ask questions and get to know SSM Health providers on Thursday, August 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. It will be held at the Midwest City Middle School activity space, located at 7300 E. Reno Ave. in Midwest City. Parking is available directly east of the new activity space wing and north of Midwest City Middle School. Attendees can enter through the doors on the east side of the building behind the new wing. No registration is required in advance and attendees are encouraged to come and go at any time. The ability to schedule future appointments will be available on-site.
